What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time is approx 3-4 business days.
What’s type of glitter do you sell?
Our glitters are all polyester/pet unless otherwise stated.
How are your glitters packed?
All glitters are packed in clear resealable bags.
Who will my order be posted through?
Orders are posted through Australia post.
Can my order be sent express?
Yes. Orders can be sent via express this will speed up the delivery time only. However we do not recommend tumblers or fragile items be sent express as they have to go into a satchel and damage may occur to the packaging or product.
My order has pre order items and in stock items, will they be sent separately?
No. in most cases your order will not be sent until the preorder items are instock and ready to be sent.
I've Purchased tumblers and Vinyl sheets, how will they be packed?
In most cases if you have ordered tumblers and 12x12 (or bigger) vinyl sheets, the vinyl will come in a roll rather then flat.
What happens if I've placed an order and now want to cancel it?
If your order hasn't yet been sent please send us a message via facebook or email glitteryourworldaus@gmail.com
Please be aware cancelling an order will result in a 15% restocking fee, which will be taken off your refund amount.
If your order has already been shipped the items will need to be returned before a refund is processed
